Lake Rotoaira Forest Trust holds in excess of 11,500 records of owners located in the 70 schedule One Maori Land blocks administered by the Trust. New owners are added to the Trusts database on receipt of Vesting or Succession Orders from the Maori Land Court.

Although around 11,500 owners are recorded in the Trust’s database, less than half are registered. The Trust operates a continuous project to trace and register owners.
