Rangipo North 7C Meeting of Owners

Purpose of Meeting

Our eastern neighbours Kaimanawa Trusts 3B2A and 3B2B have negotiated a commercial tourism opportunity to establish a mountain bike ride from the Needles, down to our eastern boundary.  Access to the start of the bike ride at Needles, would be by way of helicopter only.

It is proposed that for a fee, they would use some of the land for a helicopter landing area, a carpark, as well as access by way of Waipakihi Road for access off SH1.

Proposed Resolutions

(a) That the owners approve Lake Rotoaira Forest Trust to enter into an agreement with Kaimanawa Trust 3B2A and 3B2B, to allow access and car parking on Rangipo North 7C land.

A presentation will be provided by representatives of the Lake Rotoaira Forest Trust followed by a discussion with the owners.
